Introduction: 10+ years experience. Exceptional experience, CPR, AED, WSI certified. Positive attitude and instruction. I used to sign up to teach through programs, but I began receiving so many outside requests I now teach lessons on my own. All of my requests have come through word of mouth based on happy clients!
I started swimming competitively when I was 12 years old. I was discovered by the high schools swim coach and was granted permission by the school district to join the High Schools Swim team as a 7th grader. By the end of my first season as a 12 year old I swam fast enough to be a part of the Varsity Team and qualify for my first sectional swim meet. I continued to swim for HF-L's high school team for the next 6 years. In 2004 I graduated and went to college at RIT where I joined their swim team.
I love teaching both kids and adults to swim. Swimming is a family passion and something I was very good at competitively while growing up. I find it to be more of a hobby/pleasure than actual work.
