- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept payment via PayPal, Venmo and various other services. We will collect rent directly from tenant and deposit into your bank account. We invoice for our services monthly or some clients prefer paying in advance. whichever the client prefers. Our contracts are 1 year terms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to view the property before taking on a new client. We like to meet the tenants as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a NJ real estate agents license but I am not affiliated with any broker. Therefore I will work with an agent to secure tenants if one is needed. I personally have 20 years property management experience managing single or multi family homes, condos and town homes. I work with HOA's but I focus on the single family homes.
