He was going to build a gazebo. He had a plan that was great. Quoted and requoted because he didn't initially understand what work was required. We agreed and then 1 week before work begins he texted me saying his employer is sending him out of town for 6 weeks and can't do the work. Wasted my 2 weeks with a flimsy excuse.
