- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to spend a few minutes on the phone as we schedule a clean in order to understand your needs and expectations. We then schedule the clean based on your preference and our schedule availability. Once done, we will seek feedback from you by sending a supervisor to do a quality and/or giving you a call to make sure you are satisfied with your clean. If we miss something, we are always willing to come back and make it right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an internal Maidpro University training program that all of our employees must successfully complete before they are allowed to clean a customer's home. We support our employees through supervisor quality checks that give us the opportunity for continual training of our staff.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do regular recurring residential cleanings, move out/in cleans for individual customers, property managers and apartment complex, post-construction cleans and vacation rental cleans. Each type of clean has its own unique requirements and we will match our teams training and experience with the type of clean requested.
