- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales, a Chef in the US Army, Culinary Arts Instructor, and have won or placed in Culinary competitions. I have been personally trained by a French Chef, Italian Chef, Southern Chef and more. and also was trained to do ice and vegetable carvings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a professional Chef of over 35 years. I had to learn a career and love to eat different types of food, so I decided to learn what I love.
