- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually do an hourly fee for big events, and require a non-refundable deposit of 10% for events more than 1 week in advance. There is a 10% discount for active duty military. We are flexible and would love to work out an arrangement that is within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to establish common ground through discussing the client’s vision and ideas over email, phone call or meeting in person. Sending inspiration photos back and forth is always helpful in making a photo shoot more efficient. If you are a Pinterest user we can make a collaborative board to share ideas leading up to the shoot/event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are both self-taught photographers and have developed our style and quality through experimenting hands-on. Kaycee took a formal photography course in 2016 to fine-tune her technical skills.
