He is there with you every step of the way, from the first consultation to gather information on your current exercise and nutrition status, to questions about any medical issues, to your desired end goals. I love the fact that he continuously motivates you and pushes you to reach for your boundaries during your program. His wealth of knowledge in both exercise workouts and proper nutrition to enhance your health is obvious in the high quality professional content of his custom programs. I also appreciate the fact that he is always available to assist with any questions or issues that may arise during your program. Johan also constantly monitors your progress and adjusts if needed, all with a total commitment to helping you reach your very best potential and encourage a healthier you! Keep up the good work! I can certainly recommend his services to anyone that wishes to undergo a healthier way of life!

Johan has been working with me for about a month. In just this 30 days of true dedication, I have lost 8 lbs of fat and gained 2 lbs of muscle. I track my progress using the complimentary InBody machine that is available to his clients. To lose the weight, I have been following a nutrition plan that Johan has set up for me based on my individual needs, as well as, meeting 3 times a week. The training sessions are located in a private facility that warrants no crowds, contracts, or memberships. Other than the weight loss, I believe the most important take away from working with Johan is my gain in knowledge. He believes in empowering his clients to become self-sufficient in the gym setting so that we may eventually train on our own as life-long students of the health and fitness world. Johan does a fantastic job of building confidence and security as a student of the gym. While training, he is constantly explaining to you not only how to do a movement correctly, but also why you are doing the movement and explains which muscles you should be focusing on during the exercise. You never have to question if you are going to hurt yourself from doing a movement wrong or overworking a certain muscle in your body. If you are looking for true results and willing to put forth the effort- leave it to Johan to do the rest. I can offer only the highest recommendation for Johan as you search for a personal trainer/nutritionist.
