I like to speak to them, and give them what they want. Not what I want!

I've been in the cooking field for over twenty years.. have knowledge and creativity that's pushed me forward.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started young in the bakery decorating cakes... now my knowledge has expanded to working for a French chef making fancy food.., it's rewarding to see the customer love my work.
