PMI Gold Coast Properties is the most professional, reliable and attentive property management companies there is! Their website states hours of operation but it should say open 24/7 because I always get a reply to my questions / concerns. If you’re looking for the best, look no further. PMI Gold Coast Properties is it!

PMI Gold Coast Properties tented two of my properties within a week of each of them being on the market. Not only were the properties rented within a week but the tenants were vetted and researched. I was provided with a list of applicants who passed there thorough application process and I was able to interview and pick my tenant. They stayed in constant touch. I will use them for all of my future real estate endeavors.
