Introduction: I'm passionate about food and love sharing the knowledge I've accumulated over the years. I work hard to tailor my classes to fulfill the needs of my clients. I always strive to provide more than what a student expects from the class. I cover everything from the recipes, culture, prep tips, all while making the classes interesting and enjoyable. I enjoy sharing my experience and seeing the joy of accomplishment on clients faces. I love to share my knowledge and help people to explore different cultures and traditions through cuisine. I am well versed in Asian, Italian, Spanish, Mediterranean, regional American, French and Mexican cuisines.

I had the wonderful experience of attending a technique class taught by Michele Hinze, 2/19/17, at Williams-Sonoma! The class title was Cooking with Cast Iron and featured two recipes: Spiced Chicken and Rice and Tandoori-Spiced Grilled Vegetables! Michele has such a natural ability to explain the "how to" of following a recipe with such an ease that you leave the class learning so many other aspects you didn't expect to learn. She always welcomes questions from the class attendees and provides good practical advice. I can honestly say that I've observed her classes for a good many years now and my confidence has increased in trying new recipes, new cooking utensils and various cooking products! She's definitely someone who cares about the job she does and I'm so thankful for having met her through Williams-Sonoma. Sincerely, Carri P.
