- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is available for printed materials and several design items like logos, business cards, flyers etc. More involved work such as web development or marketing, really requires time to quote appropriately to ensure quality and consistency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The very first step, if at all possible, is to try meeting in person so we can get a real sense of what you're after and trying to accomplish. Spending a few hours up front to talk and get ideas on paper will prove to be very valuable throughout the project.
