- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that it is only right to discuss the investment once the full scope and project overview has been reviewed in detail. I do not have blanketed fees or required investment as I like to make sure that all my clients are getting exactly what they need to be successful...and only in a way that makes sense for their business at that time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is pretty simple and straight forward. Everything begins with a 45 min - 1 hr phone call. On this call, we will walk through your current situation and current barriers. We will look at the full landscape of your barriers and then identify bridges for overcoming those barriers. Once we both feel good about the high level approach...and we both feel good about working together. We come to an agreement and the project begins. The path forward depends on the scope but I believe in working in the most cost effective methods where we know the solution will work prior to full investment. Overall, my goal is to either "teach you how to fish" so you can continue the work internally...or develop powerful systems with a strategic map that you can hand to anyone in the future and they will be able to replicate.
