FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for my services on an hourly rate. I will travel to clients place of business within 25 miles of the Greater St. Louis market area, or can effectively conduct business over the phone and internet for those persons seeking help country-wide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact is key to establishing the needs of my clients. A serious discussion of the clients expectations and time requirements will be discussed and an overall plan will be mutually determined. Moving forward, communications will continue and both parties will be in a position to determine if we are on a successful match or if adjustments are required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended many classes in accounting, but a majority of my expertise has come from hands on work in construction; development of properties; training to be proficient in compliance with government regulations; SBA Accounting requirements and the successful completion of the requirements for a Commercial Loan Brokers' License. I also have been practicing Business Consulting for over 3 decades.
