I needed someone to replace my 3yr old kitchen faucet that has been leaking. After receiving outrageous quotes from two other plumbing companies I have hired in the past, I logged onto Thumbtack to find someone who could quickly replace my faucet for a reasonable charge. I hadn't planned on hiring RMG, because there were no reviews on this company, but I'm so glad I hired him. Rick was prompt, courteous and professional. I spoke with him after he completed the job and learned that he does all sorts of handyman/maintenance/building jobs. I have already asked him for a quote to power wash my house in the spring, and perhaps change the decking on my deck. We're so glad to have found him.

He was promptly responsive and meticulous (installing a new garbage disposal). Checked with me every step of the way to make sure the project was meeting my expectations. I especially appreciated that he picked up the new disposal for me- AND called me from the store to ask detailed questions. I will use him again in a heartbeat.

Rich from RMG, LLC installed a new faucet in our kitchen. He did an excellent job and even offered to take the old parts away for us. He was punctual, polite and professional. My husband and I are very satisfied with the completed job.

I was impressed with the level of courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism. Rick advised the most cost effective and practical solution for my door lock repair. He could have suggested a much more costly solution but didn't and I appreciated that very much. I would hire him again to do repairs.
