Jason did a fantastic job! He was quick, punctual, did quality work, and made sure the job was to my expectations (it was). He was really friendly and listened to everything I wanted/needed before giving me a very fair quote. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and plan to use Pickering Masonry again in the future.

I used Jared Pickering to install paver stones in a screened in enclosure. He first had to tear up my existing tile floor. He started the job when he said he was going to. He's punctual, reliable, honest and has a lot of patience. He did a great job and cleaned up the work area beautifully. I would definitely recommend him, I will be using him again for my next project.

If you want a contractor of integrity, intelligence, honesty, and excellent work then hire Jared Pickering. From start to finish he was conscientious, courteous and kept the area clean, then cleaned up all areas he had to use for my project before he left.
Before starting he gave me a break down of pricing for every aspect of the project, no hidden fees, and he kept that price though a glitch or so turned up during the job.
His finished project, which required some design elements, was perfect! I can't recommend him enough. My friends witnessed his work, they are realtors, and they were so impressed they asked for his card so they could recommend him those in need with their listings.

I bought an older home in St Petersburg, and Jared Pickering of Pickering Masonry helped me remodel both my back patio and front porch. In the back, Pickering Masonry tore out an old, rotting wood deck and replaced it with a modern grey paver patio. In the front, they tore out cracked pink tiles and replaced with white limestone pavers in a herringbone pattern. I absolutely love both remodels, which update and brighten my home. Further, I was impressed with the promptness, professionalism, and quality that Pickering Masonry provided. Finally - their price was fantastic, especially in comparison to other quotes I received for the same service. Can't wait for my next project!
