What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only charge flat fees that are based on a sliding scale. Each client is different so it doesn't make sense to charge everyone the same fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer everyone a free consultation with enough time to review your case and help answer all of your questions. I will also advise you to NOT file bankruptcy if it is not in your best interests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law. I studied law in Chicago and began working downtown on Lasalle and Madison before relocating to Florida.
