- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn as much as I can about my new customer , what my customer needs, and the area that I will be coming to clean, i.e. will I be coming up stairs or an elevator, when's the last time the carpet's been cleaned, and how many sq ft is the home vs. the area that I am cleaning? I know how it feels to receive poor service; so when you call me, I take ownership and responsibility of your property and belongings, as if they belonged to me. Not to mention, LeanPros is licensed and insured. I want to provide my services to all of my customers as easily, and conveniently as possible.
