- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing are Competitive. Pricing over the phone is an estimate of total cost. Estimates do not include permits and tax if applicable. For a fair and just price, get an onsite evaluation so both parties agree and no hidden costs or surprises will occur.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explain the process to the new customer in detail. Offer any free advice to the new customer. Explain in detail the responsibilities of both parties. Answer any questions relative to the job at hand. Offer my credentials and the opportunity to research my back round in the state of North Carolina.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional training in digital and analog electronics. Technical training for security, done at Napco Security the alarm manufacturer for installation, Code requirements and technical support. On the job training also for national alarm company and at central monitoring. Video camera, T.V and stereo repair starting in 1975 which enabled installation and support.
