Introduction: Art lessons for individual study are available, such as drawing, painting, and sculpting. You can also view my work locally at 15th Street Gallery in Salt Lake. They say you never really master or understand a medium until you teach it, which is also why I take great pleasure in teaching. I love guiding people through their own art journey in becoming more confident and productive in whatever they want to specialize in. My first priority is to educate the student about the materials being used. I take great pride in my attention to health and safety. I only use non-toxic and environmentally friendly products.

Where to start...Rison has done paintings and sketches for me and she very talented and professional. The prices are reasonable and her work is incredible. I can't say enough about her, I'm always asked when family and clients view her work... to write down for her information to commission her talent. Rison is a great person to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons are $30 minimum per hour and can be scheduled two to three hours sessions at my studio in Downtown Salt Lake City. I'm also willing to travel for lessons and rates will vary depending on distance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I teach classical drawing, painting (with oil) and sculpting in water or oil based clay. Whether you're already experienced and looking for drawing, painting or sculpting lessons, in need of assistance on personal projects or if you're just completely new and looking for a solid foundation, I can help you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been seriously invested in painting for the last 10 years, taking many different classes and programs to further my expertise with one of my most recent and intense trainings having done an apprenticeship with the artist Jeff Hein from 2011-2014 and also Bryce Billings for a year. I will never stop looking to further my training and better myself in my career as an artist and am always looking for opportunities to learn.
