- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a phone conversation as soon as possible to learn as much as we can about you and your project. Once we feel like we have a good grip on what you need, we can submit a bid for the work. Once a project is in motion, we keep in touch frequently, presenting our work in early stages to get your feedback as early as possible so we don't waste precious time heading in the right direction. We're committed to making sure you're thrilled with our work, and won't stop working until that's the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff have bachelor's and advanced degrees in their respective fields. These include marketing, computer science, and design.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started designing websites in High School back in the mid-'90s. I've never looked back. ;)
