- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based on what you can afford. We can work with interns from Salt Lake Community College, guiding them, in order to give you affordable pricing and high quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Meet in person to discuss your project. Decide what your needs are and then determine a budget based on your needs. Once we shake on things you would submit 50% down and we would create a mock-up for us to work on together as a starting point. Once everything is fine tuned and you are happy and ready to go live with the project then we ask for the remaining 50%.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Adobe Creative Cloud Certified Web and Media Design Certified Video Production Training (Final Cut + Adobe Premiere) Apple Technician Certified MCSE Certified CCNA Certified Various other certifications and training.
