What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on what you can afford. We can work with interns from Salt Lake Community College, guiding them, in order to give you affordable pricing and high quality work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet in person to discuss your project. Decide what your needs are and then determine a budget based on your needs. Once we shake on things you would submit 50% down and we would create a mock-up for us to work on together as a starting point. Once everything is fine tuned and you are happy and ready to go live with the project then we ask for the remaining 50%.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Adobe Creative Cloud Certified
Web and Media Design Certified
Video Production Training (Final Cut + Adobe Premiere)
Apple Technician Certified
Various other certifications and training.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been very connected with computers ever since my parents bough our first Apple Macintosh. I went back to school for Media Design and Development and started my company in 2009.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Many nonprofit organizations. Small businesses and larger corporations. As I got my start with nonprofits I will always hold a place for them but we have the expertise to grow a large corporation like COIT.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
It took about 3 weeks to get the website up and we continue to help them market and social network.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
