I had Sears Home improvement do a bathroom remodel. I was pleased with the results and I am hopeful it will be an asset to our home.Aug 7, 2018Review from Google
The only issue we had was with the communication between the product in team and us. We didn't really ever know when our hvac was being installed till the day before and after I called. Other than that, the sales guys were awesome and the install team was amazing.Aug 1, 2018Review from Google
We live in Twin Falls, ID (200 miles away from the Contractors office). We bought a new (built in 1999) home in September 2017. It was a VA purchase and should have been inspected better but when we were putting up the Christmas Lights in December we noticed that there was dry rot on the eaves of the home. The original shingles had not been overlapped on the eaves so water damage was discovered. I contacted several roofing contractors and SEARS was the Contractor we picked. Their professionalism and attention to detail was tops. Their response time was very short and I have never seen a better roof than we have now. I will use their Contractors in the future.Apr 7, 2018Review from Google
I just purchased kitchen and bathroom countertops and the Sears experience was outstanding! I appreciated the great assortment of countertops and price points. The scheduling, tear out, and installation was timely and fast. Sear's service people are all professionally certified and trained so that was comforting to know since they were in my house. I will hire them again for my home improvement needs. I highly recommend them!Feb 2, 2018Review from Google
Hired Sears for siding. First "contractor" sent was a husband and wife that didn't speak English. Long story short stupid Mexican didn't know what he was doing, didn't even finish what was on the contract. Then Sears sent another contractor to "fix" the problems, he did what he could on the shoe string budget Sears sent him on. Very dissatisfied!Jul 19, 2017Review from Google

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Each customer receives a personalized approach starting with our appointment setting process. They receive a call from our National Member Assistance Center to ensure the best Project Consultant in their area is scheduled to meet with them. A block of time is dedicated for that Project Consultant to spend with that specific customer to determine the best solution for their home. When you hire Sears HVAC experts to install* a whole house air conditioner, furnace, or other HVAC unit, we take these steps to ensure you get the right product for your home. We provide air conditioning installation for every type of unit as well as replacement and installation of old and inefficient central, air conditioning units, giving you the peace of mind that comes with a reliable new air conditioning system. Instead of continuing expensive repairs on an old system and the stress of never knowing when your system might stop working again, consider installing a new air conditioning system from Sears Home Services. To make sure the unit you select is the right size for your home, the Sears HVAC expert does an electronic load calculation estimate to determine the exact type of heat and air conditioning system that’s just right for your home–we don’t just replace it with the same size unit you currently have. These calculations take into consideration things such as the size of your home, its exposure to the sun and wind, the number and size of windows, how well insulated it is and more. This step is essential so the unit isn’t too small or too large–both waste energy. We discuss HVAC accessory options. Sears offers optional accessories that make your home more comfortable, such as air filtration system, furnace humidifier, and a programmable thermostat. We look at things that affect your HVAC system and to make sure your new HVAC system does the best job it can do, we go beyond just installing a new heating or cooling unit. We also check the condition of the ductwork and your home’s insulation, and make recommendations based on what we find. *Installation includes standard labor to existing ductwork, electric/gas lines also removal of old equipment. Excludes: Permits, additional ductwork, electrical or codes upgrades and asbestos removal.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?Everything went well during the installation as well as the initial visit from the sales representative who came to my home to talk to me about the products and financing. The sales representative was very caring and discussed my options in depth concerning my financing which I thought was very professional. I was very pleased with the whole process. Sears team went above and beyond our expectations to get the job completed. From scheduling, to revising a game plan, to the actual installation was a breeze. Plus the courtesy the calls afterwards to ensure we were pleased wrapped it up. I feel like we should have called sooner to get our AC setup and going. Thank you for a great job!
