FAQs
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Q: Is my lawn overgrown? A: Height of 6 inches or taller is considered overgrown and takes longer to mow and is more wear and tear on lawn equipment and cost more for mowing service. Ideally you want to take off 2 inches of height between mowing services. Q: Is my lawn green from grass or weeds? A: Weeds are often mistaken for grass. Especially grassy type weeds like Crabgrass, Johnson grass, Rescuegrass, and Dallisgrass just to name a few. Weed control and treatments differ between grassy type weeds and broadleaf plant type weeds. Weeds grow faster than grass between mowing services and can become overgrown if not mowed at least every 2 weeks. Q: Does my lawn need fertilizer? A: Regular Lawn Maintenance Throughout The Year! Proper watering, fertilizing, and mowing will go a long way toward strengthening your lawn. A healthy, thick lawn will naturally be low in weeds, and a weedy lawn needs lots of TLC to recover, usually in the form of soil improvement.
