FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a contingency fee basis and offer a no-fee guarantee. This means that our clients pay nothing out of pocket, and we don't get a dime unless we recover money for our clients. We believe this is important so that injured individuals and families feel confident moving forward with their legal claims.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process usually begins with a phone call. I (Eric) like to speak with clients directly to get a sense of their situation and hear their story. After that, the client can come into the office to sign a simple contract of representation and they can sign it electronically. Once the contract is signed, we get to work right away. We set up medical treatment (if necessary), send letters of representation out, deal with the insurance company, and file a lawsuit if we need to. We keep our clients updated every step of the way and we allow them to decide their level of involvement to the extent possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in a personal injury office for years, even before law school. I work closely with my father and another lawyer who have over 60 years combined experience practicing solely personal injury law. With our experience and aggressive representation, we have become the lawyers who other lawyers refer their family members to.
