- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to the customer and their needs. I have a few options for everyone to save money and help everyone through the event booking process. I send out custom menu's to review. I send out our pricing sheet and get an event quote out as soon as possible. Every event is new and special to that person
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA from San Diego State in communication. I worked for General Mills opening restaurants and creating menu's. I worked for our family catering business for over 30 years. I have continued my food training and safety training every year.
