- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly, flat fee packages and monthly retainer packages are available for outside general legal counsel as well as for ongoing business consulting depending on each clients’ individual needs and budget. Money should not prevent you from obtaining the professional services your business requires to excel. We can always work out a creative solution to any problem if we put our minds to it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation followed by an onsite visit to observe the work facility, operations, interact with people and get an overall sense of the vibe and culture (regardless of whether the matter deals with litigation or business consulting). In order to provide counsel, advice or consult from a legal or business perspective, you have to know the business. To know the business you have to see the business and meet the people behind the scenes that make the business run day to day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years as an attorney working in house counsel, outside contract counsel, litigation defense counsel and transactional counsel. 14 years working with businesses in a variety of industries in a business to businesses and business to consumer model, as well as government municipalities. Prior career in sales management and medical sales, overseeing multimillion dollar region and 50 employees for international company.
