- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I host Bootcamps every Saturday morning at 8AM for $20 per person. If you bring someone, it's only $35 for both people. I do also offer personal training packages at a discounted rate--and also an introductory package as well. Contact me for more pricing and info!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do a free fitness consultation to find the goals of each client. From there, we assess any injuries as well as an examination of your current diet and any dietary restrictions you may have. We will create a plan for you that is based on your needs and customized to your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the gym/fitness industry pretty much my whole life, 25+ years, and into personal training for about 20 years when I first received my certification through NASM. I've been a GM to a VP and part owner of fitness facilities. My background comes from playing in the professional baseball league --so I also know what it takes to train in order to become a pro athlete.
