Although I didn't actually hire Arkady, he gave me some great advice and heard me out in spite of knowing immediately he was not going to take on my case. Seems like a man with integrity.Sep 23, 2017Verified

Thanks a lot for your kind words.
I had a fantastic experience with Arkady. Through advising me on a new employment contract from a start-up I was about to join, Arkady demonstrated his trust-worthy expertise, diligence and care for a client. Not only did he answer my questions about stock option contract questions clearly with facts and his observations, but also shared very insightful comments on other interesting points to note about the contract. In the end, knowing that I am going to move to SF for a startup, Arkady even shared his advice to me (after I asked him) about startup life, things to note with the new employer, neighborhood etc. He was also very response throughout the process while being efficient and professional. I would hire Arkady again in a heart beat!Jul 22, 2016VerifiedArkady I.'s reply
