- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing can vary depending on the project, I am open to working with clients who have a low budget as I understand how tough it can be starting your own business. I am big on collaboration and believing in "word of mouth" references.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a firm believer in connecting your customers to you. When working with a new client, I first like to learn about who they are and the message they want to communicate to their audience. I believe that only integrated designs are truly effective, "pretty" pictures only go so far, it's the message the image sends that is most powerful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in strategic design and management from Parsons the Newschool for Design. 3 years as the marketing manager for Christopher Guy Americas, a luxury designers' lifestyle company. Currently pursuing an MBA in sustainable management at Presidio Graduate School.
