Trying to solve complex problems using technology, but don’t know where to begin? Dean Clough is the right person for the job. My name is Ryland Greene. Dean simply does what he says he is going to do. He produces and he expects those around him to produce. Dean does not let projects go sideways. He's both big-picture oriented and detail-oriented. A great (and rare) combo.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very flexible. My base rate is $100/hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with you at your convenience, and discuss the project or program. I will then submit a complete proposal, including specific deliverables. I am happy to iterate (at no cost) here, as I want clients to be comfortable with our scope and budget before moving forward. If you wish to retain me, I will ask for 25% of the project's estimated cost. Once that's received, I will dive in.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and I am also a Certified AWS Solutions Architect.
