Introduction: You'll find I am genuine, sweet and easy to work with. I am easy to connect with. I pay great attention to detail and am known for quick post production. (editing) I am great at getting children to look at the camera, smile and laugh; adults too! My favorite aspect of photography and my career is spending time with families and capturing the joy and happiness they share together. I love making new friends at every session and building relationships with people everyday. There is nothing better than bringing someone joy through the artwork and photography I provide them.

We hired Nicole Erickson Photography to do pictures of our newborn. She stayed in contact with us before the shoot so she knew what we were looking for in our pictures and could give us information about clothing, lighting, location, etc. The day of the shoot she was there early to set up and get things ready. She gave us lots of different poses of our girl and handled it extremely well when we had the typical newborn accidents and outbursts. She was very creative in moving us to different areas, trying different outfits/poses, and using different props. She was very professional and thorough, yet she managed to complete the shoot quickly so our baby wasn't completely miserable. She also had the best price around for the shoot and all the pictures on a disc. We loved the experience of working with Nicole Erickson Photography and would book her again in a heartbeat if we still lived in the same state!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call/text messaging to discuss the needs of the client and come up with a plan Send a welcome email with the Nicole Erickson Photography portrait welcome letter and portrait agreement. Discuss any needs of the client/props, decisions that will need to be made, concerns, locations, etc. Follow up with my client and check in about our session. Hold the event or session. Send a sneak peek the same day as the event or session and post a preview on social media if the client wishes Have the images ready with in days or a week or two Invite the client to be a guest writer for the Nicole Erickson Photography blog. Follow up with the client about any needs they have. Order any products and prints and deliver to my very happy client! I have never had an unsatisfied client.
