- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing by the sq.' really depends on the job for both install and restoration. But it starts around $4.00 sq.' on floors for tile install and $.75 for simple grout and tile cleaning on floors. These are base line prices. Time and material we charge between 20.00 - 50.00 hr. for tile installation plus cost of materials. For cleaning or other restoration services, its 35.00 hour including basic materials and 60.00 hr. for refinishing. These prices are per technician.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we go to the jobsite and go over all the details of the job so we can give an accurate estimate and answer any questions. We then make a plan for a start date, payment schedule, job completion schedule, ordering of products and design assistance if needed. Once our crew arrives, we take care to protect the home or business, keep a clean and professional work site, and communicate with our clients throughout the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Nick was trained by highly skilled Tile Installers in both Sandpoint, ID. and Maui, HI. and has been installing tile for over 18 yrs. - Works closely with major companies in the tile industry such as Custom Building Product, to be able to offer warranties and be well educated in the install products. - Bachelor Degree from University of Utah. - Completed courses in stone refinishing and tile / grout cleaning. - Current 2016 Vice President of the Panhandle Builders Contractors Association and won the 2015 Associate of the Year award. We utilize the PBCA to learn and grow about all aspects of the building and contractor industry.
