FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive in our pricing, but we work to a very hire standard which takes time, patience and expertise. We will not compromise on quality for the sake of time. if your are looking for cheap and quick, and the lowest price, please find someone else. If you are looking for quality workmanship and someone you can count on, please give us a call. We love what we do and we'd love to show you that too. Thank you
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a meeting to discuss the project and walk through all your ideas and what you have envisioned. I will take photos and measurements and come back to you with ideas and rough prices. Once we come to a common ground of what you would like, what is possible within your budget and when you would like the work completed, I'll come back to you with a written quote and contract and will request a 1/3rd deposit to schedule you into our calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in business and a background in project management. I started working in construction at a very early age, working at the family business from the time I was old enough to push a broom across the workshop floor. The family construction business spanned Boston, New York and Los Angeles. I left the family business in my mid 20's to pursue a degree in business and spent a brief few years in the world of business and computer software before returning to work with my hands in the construction business out in England back in 2003. I have been doing that ever since and recently moved back to the States bringing the business with me and enlisted the help of two generations of my family who have also grown up in the industry.
