- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each of our cakes are handcrafted to fit each customer using the finest of ingredients. We may cost a bit more than others but between taste and presentation nothing can compare.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started with a degree in Culinary Arts, then finished my training with a Patisserie Certification at the school of Escoffier.
