Joshua Spaulding had been recommended to me by a couple of colleagues. He was very up-front with us about his limited availability due to his full-time employment. He came to assess our front door, told us what materials we needed to purchase, estimated the amount of time it would take, let us know what his hourly rate was and what it would be with a helper. He answered questions that we had, he cleaned up afterward, and he was very patient with our very curious toddler. We contacted him again this fall about our porches, and he was able to come and complete a temporary repair for us (as it was getting close to winter). While completing the repair, he alerted us to an issue with the sheathing. It is our plan to be in touch with him in the spring to address both the porches and the sheathing. Even though his availability is limited, Joshua Spaulding's quality of work is certainly worth the wait, and we will be doing further business with him.
