What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide 3 types of services: payroll, bookkeeping, and tax preparation. Payroll is $75 for up to 10 employees. Bookkeeping starts at $120 per month, depending on the nature of your business, and the services you would like us to perform for you. Tax preparation starts at $120 for individuals and $200 for small businesses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to know how we can help our clients; what it is they need or want from us. We believe communication is key to providing complete understanding for both parties and excellent customer service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both of the managing partners mjaored in accounting in college. They also worked in bookkeeping for a local small business. They have gained the experience needed to find real solutions to real problems.
