- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $35 an hour. Expenses for materials, artworks, furniture, and decor will be additional. Every receipt will be scanned and sent to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First one hour meeting - Color palette - Magazines - Style preference - Photos Budget - I typically work room to room with a determined budget per room Create clients unique story board with samples and pictures Weekly "Scrum" meetings by whatever communication method the client is comfortable with or available for - These meetings will go over receipts, progress, schedule of upcoming progress, photos and options for clients approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been designing homes for 13 years. I have done several remodels, touch-ups and full on gut outs. I have refurbished foreclosures and staged homes for real estate agents.
