- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my overhead low. I don't have a secretary, I don't have a salesman. I keep my overhead low which allows me to give you a good prices for quality work. I also polish underneath the stone where you put your hand some stone has fiberglass, I take it off it's an extra step I go because I wouldn't put something in your house that I wouldn't put in mine. A SMALL BUSINESS WITH A LOW OVERHEAD CAN GIVE YOU THAT KIND OF QUALITY !
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see the project , meet the customer find out exactly what your needs are. I will then GO WITH YOU TO THE STONE YARD. AND ASSIST IN PICKING OUT YOUR SELECTION. Without this personal service, a customer is left on there own , many mistakes are made at this point.The bigger companies expect you to do thus choosing on your own. Many mistakes are made at this point without the customer knowing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to vo-tech for carpentry, graduated from Booker high school, working with my hands and I'm a big problem solver ,I like to find a solution not a excuse, twenty six years of experience.
