FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have always had a competetive standard pricing system based on the generics of most applications, i.e. * The cost of a single family home with a Caprenter Ant issue is always quoted the same. * The cost of one single bees nest on the second story is always quoted the same as well. Most often if the price is going to be different than the standard pricing, that will be figured out during the initial contact through Q & A to determine the most appropriate approach and application. Things that could change prices from standard to more costly would be if we had to use specialized equipment and or materials for problems that standard remedies would be destined to fail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial contact with a prospective new client, we first would like to know what type of problem they are trying to eliminate. Once we are sure that the problem pest has been identified, we prefer to provide as much information about the job process as possible, including: * What approaches we would suggest. * How long the chosen application should take our technician to perform. * The types of materials that we would prefer to use. * How long before the client should see results and or total success. * What safety precautions we suggest for certain applications and why. * A wide range of pricing options and programs based on clients needs or wants. * Scheduling options * Payments options. *Addtional Q & A to inform clients of all the "why" and "what if' questions. In closing the initial contact we would like to review the plan designed through the process and best of all... book a new appointment with a new client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The important educational necessities are met routinely through seminars and classes offered by local, state and national industry organizations. Certifications and licenses are attained from state offices after formal educational requirements and proof of knowledge through testing. I still believe the best education anyone can attain is by working in the field, and having well over twenty years of experience in pest control is an educaiton in itself.
