We work with you to find the best menu to suit your event and budget. Every meal is prepared with the finest ingredients - no detail is spared!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick phone call with our chef will give us the chance to discuss your dinner or event, pricing, and menu options. Our chef is talented, creative, and able to create a wide variety of food options. We are more than happy to accommodate any dietary needs or restrictions. Upon finalization of menu and guest count, we will send an invoice through our secure Square payment system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over twelve solid years experience in commercial kitchens - from southern cafe to French fine dining to large scale catering to down home barbecue - Chef Jonathan's culinary abilities are myriad and he's always searching to expand his knowledge.
