- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My initial needs assessment is $150. I will analyze all of your on and offline efforts to see what areas need enhancement or improvement. I will then deliver detailed notes with suggestions. From there we can work one-on-one in the areas you choose. My hourly fee is $100 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can speak on the phone and discuss your needs. If you have a good handle on your marketing but need to improve or begin in certain areas, we can just focus on that. If you are looking to revamp or create a new marketing strategy, then I recommend my initial 30 question needs assessment that gets down to the core of who you are, what you want, strengths, weaknesses. This will give us all the information I will need to help you develop a strategy and action plan that accurately conveys the message you want to send to the public. I will recommend what avenues of marketing will be most beneficial to you based on your business and message.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of hands-on marketing and networking experience that spans from the music industry to real estate. I began as a National Director of Promotion for numerous Major and Independent record companies. I developed and implemented marketing plans for Gloria Estefan, Celine Dion, George Michael, Donna Donna Summer, and Jamiroquai to name a few. In 2005 I began a career in real estate and started using social media, blogging, and direct mail marketing every day. By working smart and being consistent, I was able to create a lucrative business. My efforts landed me a job working with the Property Brothers as a real estate consultant for Seasons 3 & 4 of " Buying and Selling" on HGTV.
