FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal, for each project I take on, is ultimate client satisfaction. I appreciate the need to be economical, but I would never advocate or agree to a price cut at the sacrifice of quality and accuracy. I do not use a template approach to pricing. I read each request very carefully. Then determine the fairest price for the project - a price that I hope both parties feel good about based on the information at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer has an outdated resume or a draft, I ask them to send it to me so I may review it. Then I schedule a time to call and discover what is motivating their search, who they are targeting, and their long and short-term career. If the customer does not have a resume then we simply schedule a phone interview and start from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my BA in professional writing and MA in Professional Communication. Both degrees largely reflect a strong focus on business writing and target audience analysis. Moreover, as an award-winning advertising copywriter, I look at things differently and offer the ability to use words and phrases that bolster my customer's qualifications and offer a competitive edge.
