- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basically you are renting the property for a full day, overnight, for the weekend or whole week, it's up to you. The pricing can all be found on our website under the pricing tab.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with looking at the date they want to hold their event, verify availability then schedule a tour of the property. Tours are required to book Neal Creek Resort for an event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I manage the venue and have background experience running my own Event Planning business for destination weddings in Santa Barbara, CA. I also have customer service and hospitality background in addition to business management experience.
