Isaac and the Haze is a fantastic dance band! They were really the perfect entertainment for last two parties of about 60 people each. We hired them because some of our co-workers had heard them play at the Crow's Nest in Santa Cruz. The guys arrived about an hour early to set up their sound equipment and were ready to play right on time. Isaac, the lead singer, plays a keytar and electric cello. He has a great voice, with a big range of emotion, and really engaged the audience in between songs. The lead and back-up vocals were great and consistently held up against the big beat of the band. Other band members played lead guitar, bass, drums, and keyboard. I was worried that their 5-member band would overpower the relatively small venue, but the sound levels were perfect, and they didn’t blast us to the back of the room. There were 20 or more people dancing all the time, including young kids and a grandma in her 90's. We really liked the numbers they performed, which were mostly covers of R&B music from the 2000's, like Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic, DNCE’s Cake By The Ocean, Maroon 5’s Moves Like Jaggar, and works by Justin Timberlake. You could tell the band members were all having a good time too and enjoyed what they were doing. Great music! Great entertainment!

I am so glad we found Isaac and the Haze for our wedding. Our dance floor was PACKED the whole night. All our friends and family loved them, and getting to hear them play was one of the things we were really looking forward to. They played all the most current dance music (which a lot of wedding bands don't do). Kevin also DJed our after party and was fantastic. Kevin was super helpful and flexible throughout the whole planning process, setting up a number of calls with us and always very quick to respond. He really cared a lot about the wedding. We would definitely hire them again! Thank you Isaac and the Haze!!
