FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real estate agents can charge for their services - its in the contract. I however do not. I simply ask that you give me the same dedication throughout the process that I promise to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most agents when working with buyers start with; what size house?, how many rooms?, etc. Me, I start by getting to know you & why you're buying or selling in the first place. Oftentimes the reason predicates the needs of the buyer or seller. My motivation isn't the commission, it's providing you the kind of care you need before, during and after the sale.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Arizona's Article 26 gives real estate agents the limited right to practice law. That means your rights are the responsibility of your agent. Because of this, I spend enormous amounts of time continually being educated through classes & seminars. As your agent, I have a fiduciary responsibility to you, that exceeds the sale. When you hire me to sell or buy your home, you can count on me 'never falling short!'
