- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are slightly higher than a painter but our results are far superior. Our process costs less than half the price of refacing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk to our customer on the phone to see if their situation is a good fit for our process. If it seems like a good fit, we offer a free in home consultation and provide a written quote within 24 hours. Our basic renewal takes one day in home and our color change takes 2 full days in the customer home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our national franchise requires a minimum of 8 full days training at our corporate headquarters in Utah.
