Had set for appointment between one and two PM Saturday . No show as of 3pm sent a text message asking if he was close his response was he meant to text me but forgot . Said he was 3hrs away and could I send pictures of what I wanted done. My reply was I didn't know he was that far away and to cancel this request for a guote .

I had him come out to bid a job - he was a nice guy. When I asked about his license, he is not licensed with the State LLR (Contractor's Board). In addition, he started at a quote of $700 and then jacked it up to $6,200 when I added another job of applying stucco to an existing fireplace - that's only 8' tall.
