- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Set up and travel are included in my price within bids. The amount of time for hire does not have to be the duration of your party or event or can be split between balloon twisting and face painting services as well as a few costumed charactors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To keep an open line of communication, every step of the way until completion and follow up after the event to ensure customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best training is simply practice when it comes to balloon twisting. There are basic skills to know and I connect with several groups to share ideas and the latest product aides and industry news. YouTube has been a great source for tutorials for me as well. Currently I subscribe and listen to ballooning podcasts having information to continue to grow in knowledge and stay updated.
