- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is as customized to each client as my actual services. One of my aims in our first introductory meeting is to nail down an idea of the scope of services you need so I can quote you a price immediately following this meeting. Pricing is based off of which type of package a couple wants: full planning, design and coordination, or just bits and pieces of those separate elements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting to discuss everything is complimentary. At that meeting, I aim to establish a vision, a scope of services, and a communication plan for moving forward. If the client decides to work with me, from there I will create a timeline and send it to the client for approval. I also create pinterest boards for each client (if needed for the services I'll provide), and give them access to all my planning resources for their wedding via Google Drive.

On-the-job experience as a professional involved in planning, coordinating, and running large-scale events.
