FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I talk to our customer, listen to their needs and budget and work our quotes from there. There are a few things to know in regards to booking weddings with us - If the date of the wedding is a high demand date, a deposit to hold that day may be required at the discretion of the caterer. This deposit is applied to final cost of the event. In the event, we are not retained, the deposit (or portion thereof) may also be retained in for the following: meetings with the caterer (also phone calls/emails/texts), mileage fees to meetings & venue visits, and for professional services drafting a contract. If a contract is signed by the parties, these fees are waived (except for the tasting). All payments must be in cashier’s check or debit/credit card unless other arrangements are discussed. Typically, a 50% deposit is required upon signing the Catering Contract with the total cost of the wedding is due one day prior to the event unless other arrangements are made in advance. If you have any questions in regards to this, please ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take about 15 minutes to talk to them about their picture of what they want to see. I am open to making whatever they want special and enjoy watching my customers relax at their event and know things are under control with excellence in food & service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 years -- we started as a sandwich shop and grew from there. I cook from scratch everything to make sure it's healthy and you can taste the difference!
